Mushrooms Spinach (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 pound of sliced mushrooms.
02 - 2 tablespoons of olive oil.
03 - 4 minced garlic cloves.
04 - Fresh spinach, about 4 cups.
05 - 1 tablespoon of lemon juice.
06 - Pepper and salt as you like.
07 - Optional additions: red pepper flakes or parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Mince the garlic, clean your spinach, and slice up those mushrooms.
02 - Warm up the oil in a pan, then soften and brown the mushrooms for around 5-7 minutes.
03 - Mix in the garlic and let it cook just long enough to release its aroma, about 1-2 minutes.
04 - Stir in spinach, season with salt, pepper, and lemon juice. Mix everything together until spinach softens.

01 - A splash of cream makes it extra indulgent.
02 - Want it spicy? Add some chili.
03 - Any type of mushrooms works here.
