Strawberry Lemonade Popsicles Easy (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Fruits

01 - 1 cup (150 g) fresh strawberries, diced

→ Sweetener

02 - 1 tablespoon (12 g) granulated sugar

→ Liquid Base

03 - 700 ml lemonade (such as Simply Lemonade)

# Instructions:

01 - Combine diced strawberries and sugar in a small bowl. Mix gently and let stand for 5-10 minutes until the juices are released. Lightly mash some of the strawberries to create a blend of textures, leaving most pieces intact.
02 - Distribute the strawberry mixture evenly into popsicle molds, ensuring an even amount of fruit in each compartment.
03 - Pour lemonade over the strawberries in each mold, leaving a small gap (approximately 0.5 cm) at the top for expansion during freezing.
04 - Secure lids on the molds and insert popsicle sticks. Transfer molds to the freezer and freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely solid.

# Notes:

01 - If you prefer strawberries distributed throughout, gently stir the mixture once or twice during the initial freezing phase. Otherwise, allow berries to naturally settle for a layered appearance.
