Break up the chocolate cake into small pieces in a bowl of medium size.

Pour in the bourbon and condensed milk. Stir everything until it sticks together and you can shape it.

Take the mixture and make 1-inch round balls, then roll them in the chocolate sprinkles.

Set balls on a sheet with parchment paper. Let them freeze separately before moving to a container with lid.
