Sweet Cinnamon Banana Loaf (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Bread

01 - ⅓ cup (75g) soft butter, at room temperature
02 - ¼ cup (61g) fresh milk
03 - 1 cup (200g) white sugar
04 - 2 large eggs, beaten
05 - 6 overripe bananas, smashed up
06 - 2 cups (250g) plain flour
07 - 2 teaspoons baking powder
08 - ½ teaspoon baking soda
09 - 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
10 - ½ teaspoon sea salt

→ Topping

11 - 2 tablespoons white sugar
12 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up your oven to 350°F. Get your 9-inch loaf pan ready.
02 - Mix the soft butter, fresh milk, and sugar in a big bowl. Drop in eggs and smooshed bananas.
03 - In another bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.
04 - Gently add dry stuff to wet stuff. Stir just enough to mix it all up.
05 - Dump the mix into your pan. Stir the sugar and cinnamon, then sprinkle on top. Bake about an hour until a stick poked in comes out with some sticky bits.
