Sweet Cinnamon Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 1 can (20 ounces/567g) store-bought refrigerated biscuit dough
02 - ½ cup (113g) melted salted butter
03 - 2 tablespoons (18g) cinnamon powder
04 - 1 cup (200g) white sugar

# Instructions:

01 - Combine white sugar and cinnamon powder in a flat dish.
02 - Open the biscuit package and chop each biscuit into four pieces.
03 - For air fryer, cook at 350°F about 12-15 minutes, giving them a shake halfway. If using oven, bake at 350°F for 10-12 minutes until they turn golden.
04 - Dunk each piece in the melted butter, then toss in the sugar-cinnamon mix. You can also throw all pieces in a ziplock bag with the mixture for faster coating.
05 - Best eaten warm by themselves or topped with ice cream, a dollop of whipped cream, or some drizzled caramel or chocolate sauce.
