Sweet Berry Cheese Blend (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dip

01 - 8 ounces (227 g) soft cream cheese, at room temperature
02 - 1 cup (113 g) powdered sugar
03 - ½ teaspoon pure vanilla flavoring
04 - ½ cup (113 g) whipping cream

→ Topping

05 - ¼ cup (85 g) berry jam

→ For Serving (Optional)

06 - Sweet crackers

# Instructions:

01 - Grab a bowl and drop in your room temperature cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla flavoring. Beat everything together with your mixer until smooth and well blended. Put it aside for now.
02 - Take another bowl and pour in your whipping cream. Use your mixer with the whisk part for about 2-3 minutes until you get soft peaks forming.
03 - Carefully fold your whipped cream into your cheese mixture until everything's combined nicely. Scoop this fluffy dip into a flat, wide bowl and spoon berry jam on top. Take a knife and swirl the jam through the dip.
04 - Eat right away with sweet crackers or pop it in the fridge until you're ready for a treat.

01 - You can swap the berry jam for ice cream topping or any jam flavor you like
02 - Instead of whipping cream yourself, try 1 cup of ready-made whipped topping
03 - Tastes great with sweet crackers, salty pretzels, sliced apples, or vanilla cookies
