Effortless Christmas Swirl Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - Green food coloring (gel type).
02 - 3 cups white chocolate chips, split apart.
03 - 14 oz can sweetened condensed milk, also divided.
04 - Red gel-based food coloring.

# Instructions:

01 - Cover a 9x9 pan with foil or parchment, apply a quick coat of nonstick spray.
02 - Separate the chocolate chips evenly into 3 bowls, pour 6 tablespoons of condensed milk in each batch.
03 - Mix the red food dye in one bowl, green in a second, and keep the last plain white.
04 - Warm the bowls in the microwave for 30 seconds, giving it a stir. Heat extra 15 seconds if chunks remain.
05 - Spoon each color randomly into the prepared pan so they overlap a little.
06 - Drag a knife side-to-side and up-and-down to swirl the colors together for a marbled look.
07 - Chill in the fridge for 2-3 hours, then remove and slice once firm.

# Notes:

01 - Stick with gel coloring—liquid won’t work well.
02 - Mix lightly to keep the colors distinct.
03 - Store leftovers in the fridge for freshness.
