Cook the frozen tater tots by following the box directions (usually around 425°F for 28 minutes), turning them over once halfway.

Let tots sit for a couple minutes until they're not too hot to touch.

Put 4-6 tots onto each stick. Place them on a baking sheet covered with parchment.

Scatter cheese, bacon pieces, and half of your green onions over the tops.

Stick them back in the oven for 5-7 minutes so the cheese gets all melty.

Sprinkle the rest of your green onions on top and put out sour cream for dipping.
