Tiny Croissant Chicken Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 3-4 cups Pulled Rotisserie Chicken Meat
02 - 1 cup Mayo
03 - 4 ribs Chopped Celery
04 - ½ cup Coarsely Chopped Fresh Parsley
05 - ½ tbsp Lawrey's Salt Blend
06 - Butter Lettuce
07 - 1 dozen Small Croissants

# Instructions:

01 - Dump the pulled chicken into a big bowl, then add the mayo, chopped celery, parsley and Lawry's seasoning. Mix everything till it's well combined.
02 - Cut your croissants halfway through, keeping one edge intact. Tuck 2-3 lettuce leaves inside each one and spoon in some chicken mixture.
03 - Set them out on a serving dish alongside some fresh fruit and a refreshing drink.
