Tiny Mason Jar Delights (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Crust

01 - 1 1/2 cups crushed graham crackers (roughly one sleeve)
02 - 1/3 cup melted butter

→ Cheesecake Filling

03 - 24 ounces softened cream cheese
04 - 14 ounces condensed milk (sweetened)
05 - 4 eggs (large)
06 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract
07 - 1/4 teaspoon extract of lemon

→ Strawberry Sauce

08 - 16 ounces fresh strawberries
09 - 1/2 cup sugar
10 - 3 tablespoons corn starch
11 - 1/2 cup water
12 - 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice

# Instructions:

01 - Combine the crushed graham crackers with melted butter. Put a spoonful in each jar and flatten to create the base.
02 - Whip the cream cheese till fluffy, then fold in the condensed milk. Mix in eggs and flavor extracts at low setting just until everything comes together.
03 - Pour the mixture into each jar leaving some space at the top. Cook at 300°F for about 20-25 minutes until they've set.
04 - Mix all sauce components in a pot. Heat until it starts bubbling and smash the berries to your liking.
05 - Let the mini treats cool down naturally, then stick them in the fridge for at least an hour. Add the berry sauce on top when you're ready to serve.
