Stack bread with turkey and Swiss, another bread slice, ham and cheddar, then top with bread. Slice corner to corner, wrap in plastic, and stick in fridge 2-3 hours.

Stir flour, baking powder, and salt in a bowl. In another bowl, blend water and eggs, then pour into dry mix until it's smooth.

Pour 2 inches oil in a big pot and heat until it reaches 325°F-350°F.

Coat each half sandwich in batter, then drop in oil for 4-5 minutes till they turn golden. Let excess oil drip off on paper towels.

Sprinkle with powdered sugar and put out raspberry jam and honey mustard on the side if you'd like.
