Tuscan Chicken Cream Dish (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 2 lbs farm-raised chicken breasts
02 - 2 tablespoons cold-pressed olive oil
03 - 1 teaspoon rock salt
04 - 2 teaspoons Multi-Purpose Mix

→ Sauce

05 - 4 tablespoons plain butter
06 - 1 tablespoon cold-pressed olive oil
07 - 4 garlic cloves, chopped fine
08 - 1½ tablespoons Italian Love Potion blend
09 - 1 teaspoon rock salt
10 - 1½ cups farm-fresh heavy cream
11 - 1 cup natural chicken broth
12 - 3 tablespoons cooking white wine
13 - ½ lemon, squeezed by hand
14 - 1 cup hand-grated parmesan
15 - 1 tablespoon pure tomato paste
16 - 1-2 cups small tomatoes
17 - 1 cup fresh kale, torn

# Instructions:

01 - Combine salt and Multi-Purpose Mix with chicken in wide bowl. Rest for 5-10 minutes to absorb flavors.
02 - Melt butter and cook minced garlic till you smell its aroma. Brown the chicken about 3-4 minutes each side. Set chicken aside on a plate.
03 - Using the same pan, pour in oil, add your spices and tomato paste. Pour in cream, broth, wine and fresh lemon juice. Stir in parmesan and mix until sauce gets thick.
04 - Toss in torn kale and small tomatoes. Put chicken back in pan and cook another 15-20 minutes until chicken's done, spooning sauce over top now and then.
