Tzatziki Chicken Naan Pizza (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 2 pieces naan bread

→ Tzatziki Sauce

02 - 120 grams plain Greek yogurt
03 - 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
04 - 1 clove garlic, minced
05 - 1 teaspoon olive oil
06 - 1/2 cucumber, grated and excess moisture removed
07 - 1/4 teaspoon salt
08 - 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
09 - 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano

→ Toppings

10 - 1 cup cooked and shredded chicken
11 - 75 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
12 - 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
13 - 1/4 cup crumbled feta cheese
14 - 1/4 cup Kalamata olives, sliced
15 - Fresh dill, chopped, for garnish

# Instructions:

01 - In a small bowl, combine Greek yogurt, lemon juice, minced garlic, olive oil, grated cucumber, salt, black pepper, and dried oregano. Mix thoroughly until smooth. Set aside.
02 - Preheat the oven to 190°C.
03 - Arrange naan bread on a baking sheet and place in the oven. Toast for 5 minutes until lightly crisped.
04 - Remove naan from the oven. Spread a generous layer of prepared tzatziki sauce over each piece. Evenly distribute shredded chicken, halved cherry tomatoes, sliced red onion, crumbled feta, and sliced Kalamata olives over the sauce.
05 - Return the assembled pizzas to the oven and bake for 8 to 10 minutes, or until the toppings are heated through. Remove from the oven, garnish with chopped fresh dill, and serve immediately.
