Velvet Cream Cheese Treats (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base

01 - 1 package red velvet cake mix
02 - Items listed on cake mix box

→ Filling

03 - 16 ounces softened cream cheese
04 - 4 tablespoons softened butter
05 - 1/2 cup confectioners sugar
06 - 2 cups smashed graham crackers
07 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 350°F. Mix and bake the red velvet cake following box directions using two 8-inch pans.
02 - Let cake cool all the way, then break it into fine bits. If the crumbs seem too wet, pop them in the oven at 350°F for about 5-6 minutes.
03 - Combine cream cheese, butter and sugar, beating until light. Fold in the graham cracker bits and vanilla.
04 - Take spoonfuls of the mix, shape into balls, and chill them for an hour. Coat your chilled balls with the cake crumbs.
