In a mixing bowl, combine 30 g pink lemonade powder mix and 60 ml heavy whipping cream. Whip on high speed until the mixture forms stiff peaks.

Place 15 g pink lemonade powder mix (1 tablespoon) into each of two serving glasses. Pour 180 ml cold water into each glass and stir thoroughly until the powder is dissolved.

Add ice cubes to each glass, filling until approximately two-thirds full.

Spoon the prepared pink lemonade whipped cream over each glass of lemonade.

Gently stir the whipped cream into the lemonade before enjoying.
