Whipped Pink Lemonade Drink (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Whipped Cream Topping

01 - 60 ml heavy whipping cream
02 - 30 g pink lemonade powder mix

→ Lemonade Base

03 - 2 tablespoons (30 g) pink lemonade powder mix
04 - 360 ml cold water
05 - Ice cubes, as needed

# Instructions:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine 30 g pink lemonade powder mix and 60 ml heavy whipping cream. Whip on high speed until the mixture forms stiff peaks.
02 - Place 15 g pink lemonade powder mix (1 tablespoon) into each of two serving glasses. Pour 180 ml cold water into each glass and stir thoroughly until the powder is dissolved.
03 - Add ice cubes to each glass, filling until approximately two-thirds full.
04 - Spoon the prepared pink lemonade whipped cream over each glass of lemonade.
05 - Gently stir the whipped cream into the lemonade before enjoying.

# Notes:

01 - For best results, ensure the heavy cream is well chilled before whipping to achieve stable stiff peaks.
