Effortless Shamrock Shake Fudge (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 2 cups of white sugar.
02 - 4 oz of butter, unsalted.
03 - 1/3 cup of melted ice cream, vanilla flavor.
04 - 1 cup of green baking chips (Ghirardelli recommended).
05 - 1 cup of white chips made from chocolate.
06 - 7 oz jar of marshmallow spread.
07 - Decorative shamrock sprinkles for garnishing (optional).

# Instructions:

01 - In a sturdy, big pan, mix butter, sugar, and the melted vanilla ice cream. Heat it on medium and let it come to a boil.
02 - Turn the heat down a notch. Let it bubble and cook while stirring the whole time for about 7-10 minutes. Make sure your thermometer shows 234°F.
03 - Take the pan off the stove. Toss in the green and white chips, stirring till they're completely melted and silky smooth.
04 - Stir in the marshmallow spread until it’s mixed really well with the rest.
05 - Pour everything into a square 8x8 pan. Sprinkle the shamrocks if you'd like. Leave it to cool to room temp.
06 - Pop the candy out of the pan and cut it into roughly 24 squares.

# Notes:

01 - Make sure the thermometer hits 234°F for the soft ball stage.
02 - Use a thick-bottomed pan so it doesn't burn.
03 - Keep stirring all the way through cooking.
