Pizza Burger Pie Beef (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 lb lean (at least 80%) ground beef
02 - 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz)
03 - 1 cup milk
04 - 2 eggs

05 - 1 large onion, chopped (1 cup)

06 - 1/2 cup Original Bisquick™️ mix
07 - 1/2 teaspoon salt

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Spray a 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray to prevent sticking.
02 - In a 10-inch skillet, cook the ground beef and chopped onion over medium heat for 8 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat. Stir in the salt.
03 - Spread the cooked beef and onion mixture evenly in the prepared pie plate. Sprinkle the shredded Cheddar cheese over the top.
04 - In a small bowl, whisk together the Original Bisquick™️ mix, milk, and eggs until well blended. Pour the mixture over the beef and cheese in the pie plate, ensuring even distribution.
05 - Place the pie plate in the preheated oven and bake for about 25 minutes or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean.
06 - Remove the Pizza Burger Pie from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. This allows the pie to set and makes it easier to slice and serve.
