01 - 2 flour tortilla shells
02 - 1 tablespoon butter, softened
03 - 120 grams grated mozzarella cheese

04 - Garlic powder, to taste
05 - Italian seasoning, to taste
06 - Fresh parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Arrange the flour tortillas on a clean work surface. Using a spoon or butter knife, evenly spread the softened butter over each tortilla, fully coating right to the edges.
02 - Sprinkle grated mozzarella evenly over the buttered tortillas. Season generously with garlic powder and Italian seasoning to taste. Stack one tortilla on top of the other to form a sandwich.
03 - Preheat the air fryer to 190°C (375°F) to ensure even cooking.
04 - Once preheated, place the assembled tortillas in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Cook for 4–6 minutes, monitoring closely, until the tortillas are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
05 - Carefully remove the crispy tortilla garlic bread from the air fryer. If desired, garnish with freshly chopped parsley and serve immediately while warm.
