Bell Peppers With Seafood (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 4 big bell peppers (pick any color)
02 - 1 tablespoon cooking oil

→ Seafood & Cheese

03 - 1 cup shredded ready-to-eat crab meat
04 - 1 cup diced cooked shrimp
05 - ½ cup cream cheese at room temperature
06 - ½ cup grated mozzarella
07 - ¼ cup freshly grated Parmesan

→ Seasonings

08 - 2 garlic cloves finely chopped
09 - 2 green onions thinly sliced
10 - 1 tablespoon fresh parsley chopped up
11 - 1 teaspoon Old Bay spice mix
12 - ½ teaspoon sweet paprika
13 - ¼ teaspoon cayenne for heat (skip if you want)
14 - season with salt and pepper

# Instructions:

01 - Set your oven to 375°F. Slice the tops off your peppers and scoop out the insides. Coat them with oil and put them in your baking dish.
02 - Combine all three cheeses until they're well blended. Add the seafood, garlic, sliced onions and all your spices.
03 - Pack your pepper shells with the seafood mix. Wrap dish with foil and pop in the oven for 25 minutes.
04 - Take the foil off and switch to broil for 3-5 minutes till golden on top. Sprinkle with fresh parsley before serving.

01 - Works with green, red, yellow or orange peppers
02 - Try it with freshly cooked or store-bought seafood
03 - Make it milder or spicier by tweaking the cayenne
