Toss blackberries, honey, flour, and cinnamon in a pot. Bring to a boil, then lower the heat to let it thicken for about 10 minutes. Let it cool completely.

Set your oven to 375°F and line a rimmed baking tray with parchment paper.

Stir the cooled blackberry jam and softened goat cheese until combined nicely.

Spread the filling over the puff pastry, fold it in half the long way, and slice into thin strips. Twist each strip gently.

Lay the twisted strips out on the prepared baking sheet. Brush them with the egg and sprinkle with cane sugar.

Pop the tray in the oven for 20–25 minutes until the pastries turn golden and crispy.
