Cheesy Pepperoni Pizza Bombs (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough and Fillings

01 - 1 can (450 g) refrigerated biscuit dough (8 biscuits)
02 - 1 cup (110 g) shredded mozzarella cheese or cheese sticks cut into small pieces
03 - 24 slices pepperoni (approx. 60 g; about 3 slices per bomb)
04 - 1/2 cup (120 ml) marinara or pizza sauce, plus more for serving

→ Topping and Garnish

05 - 2 tablespoons (28 g) butter, melted
06 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
07 - 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
08 - 2 tablespoons (12 g) grated Parmesan cheese
09 - Fresh basil or parsley, chopped (optional, for garnish)

# Instructions:

01 - Heat oven to 190°C and prepare a baking sheet with parchment paper or by lightly greasing.
02 - Separate the biscuit dough into 8 portions and cut each in half to yield 16 pieces.
03 - Flatten each dough piece slightly. Place a small spoonful of marinara sauce in the center, followed by 2-3 pepperoni slices and a portion of mozzarella.
04 - Encase the filling by pulling the dough edges together and pinching firmly to seal, shaping into a ball. Arrange seam-side down on the baking sheet.
05 - Combine melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning in a bowl. Brush over tops of dough balls and sprinkle with grated Parmesan.
06 - Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown with melted cheese inside.
07 - Cool briefly, garnish with chopped basil or parsley if desired, and present with extra marinara sauce for dipping.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure dough is well-sealed to prevent cheese leakage during baking.
