Chicken Potatoes Garlic Parmesan (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley
02 - ½ tsp ground black pepper
03 - ½ tsp salt
04 - 1 tsp paprika (smoked)
05 - 1 tsp Italian spice mix
06 - 1 cup Parmesan, shredded
07 - 4 garlic cloves, finely chopped
08 - 3 tbsp olive oil
09 - 1 lb small potatoes, sliced in half
10 - 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts

# Instructions:

01 - Set the oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a sheet pan with parchment.
02 - Combine the cut baby potatoes in a big bowl with 1 tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves, ½ cup of Parmesan, pepper, and salt. Spread them to one side of the baking sheet.
03 - Toss the chicken in the same bowl with the rest of the olive oil, remaining garlic, Italian herbs, paprika, and the leftover Parmesan. Place them next to the potatoes.
04 - Bake everything for about 25-30 minutes. Make sure the chicken hits 165°F (75°C) inside, and the potatoes look crispy and golden.
05 - Right before you eat, scatter the parsley over everything.
