→ Frying & Serving

07 - Peanut oil, for deep frying
08 - Sweet and sour sauce, for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a medium bowl, combine cream cheese, minced green onion, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and granulated sugar. Mix thoroughly until the filling is smooth and fully blended.
02 - Pour peanut oil into a deep fryer or Dutch oven to a depth of 10 cm and heat to 190°C.
03 - Place a small bowl of water on your work surface. Set one wonton wrapper in front of you. Moisten the edges by running a finger dipped in water around the perimeter.
04 - Spoon approximately 7 grams (about 0.5 tablespoon) of filling into the centre of the wrapper. Fold into four points, pressing the edges firmly to seal and prevent any tearing.
05 - Fry wontons in batches of four at a time, turning as needed, until golden brown and crisp, approximately 4–5 minutes per batch.
06 - Transfer cooked wontons upside down onto a plate lined with paper towels to remove excess oil. Serve immediately with sweet and sour sauce.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the wrappers are sealed tightly to prevent filling leaks during frying.
