Spray the basket lightly so food doesn’t stick.

Take a plate and lay the fillets skin-side down. Drizzle oil on top, then sprinkle on lemon pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Put the salmon fillets into the fryer basket so they don’t touch. You can have them skin-up or skin-down. Toss a lemon slice underneath each piece if you'd like.

Set the air fryer to 350°F and cook for around 8 minutes. It’s ready when the inside temperature is 135-140°F. Give it a bit more time if you like your salmon less soft.

Serve the cooked salmon on plates with lemon slices to squeeze over it.
