S’mores Cookies (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Cookie Dough

01 - 1 cup room temperature unsalted butter
02 - 1/2 cup white sugar
03 - 1 cup packed brown sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
05 - 2 large eggs, beaten
06 - 2 cups plain flour
07 - 1 teaspoon baking soda
08 - 1/2 cup crushed graham crackers
09 - 1/4 teaspoon fine salt
10 - 1 cup milk chocolate chunks or chips

→ Toppings

11 - 4 graham cracker squares, broken into bits
12 - 4-5 ounces milk chocolate, cut into pieces
13 - 2 cups tiny marshmallows

# Instructions:

01 - Whip the butter with both types of sugar until fluffy. Stir in the eggs and vanilla. Add the dry ingredients—flour, crumbs, soda, and salt—and mix. Gently mix in the chocolate. Refrigerate the dough for an hour.
02 - Turn the oven to 350°F. Chop the chocolate into squares and smash the graham crackers into chunks.
03 - Drop 1½ to 2 tablespoons of dough for each cookie onto a sheet lined with parchment or a mat. Bake for around 10-11 minutes, just until the edges are golden.
04 - Stick chocolate pieces, crumbled crackers, and marshmallows on the hot cookies. If you'd like toasted marshmallows, broil them for 1-2 minutes.

# Notes:

01 - Chill the dough for at least one hour.
02 - Toasting marshmallows under the broiler is an option.
