# Ingredients:

→ Fresh Fruit

01 - 450 g strawberries, washed, hulled, and quartered
02 - 310 g mandarin orange segments, drained
03 - 570 g pineapple chunks, drained
04 - 5 kiwifruit, peeled, sliced, and halved
05 - 2 mangoes, peeled and cubed

→ Dressing

06 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
07 - 96 g instant cheesecake-flavored pudding mix
08 - 240 ml French vanilla coffee creamer

# Instructions:

01 - Place strawberries, mandarin oranges, pineapple chunks, kiwifruit, and mango cubes into a large mixing bowl. Gently mix to distribute fruit evenly. Set aside.
02 - In a separate bowl, add softened cream cheese and beat until creamy. Incorporate instant cheesecake pudding mix and French vanilla coffee creamer. Beat on low speed until just blended, then increase to medium-high until smooth and lump-free.
03 - Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared fruit. Stir gently until all fruit is fully coated with the dressing.
04 - Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to allow flavors to meld and salad to set properly.
