Shrimp Rasta Pasta (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Core

01 - 12 oz tube pasta
02 - 1 pound cleaned shrimp
03 - 2 tablespoons spicy island mix, split
04 - 2 tablespoons extra virgin oil

→ Produce

05 - 1 red pepper, cut into strips
06 - 1 green pepper, cut into strips
07 - 1 yellow pepper, cut into strips
08 - 3 cloves crushed garlic
09 - 2 scallions, chopped thin

→ Liquid

10 - 1 cup thick cream
11 - ½ cup veggie or chicken stock
12 - 1 cup shredded Italian cheese
13 - salt and cracked pepper as needed
14 - handful of chopped herbs to top

# Instructions:

01 - Throw pasta in hot salty water till it's got some bite. Drain it and put it aside.
02 - Mix shrimp with half the island spice. Cook in oil about 2-3 minutes each side till they turn pink. Take them out.
03 - Using the same pan, cook your peppers till soft. Toss in garlic and let it cook another minute.
04 - Pour stock in to scrape up the good bits. Add cream, leftover spice mix, and cheese until it's all smooth.
05 - Dump pasta into the sauce, add back shrimp. Sprinkle scallions and fresh herbs on top.

# Notes:

01 - Feel free to add more or less spicy mix
02 - Any peppers you have will work fine
03 - Switch between chicken or veggie stock easily
