Copycat KFC Bowls Corn Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - 6 servings prepared mashed potatoes

→ Protein

02 - 680 grams cooked popcorn chicken

→ Vegetables

03 - 425 grams canned corn, drained and heated

→ Sauce

04 - 1 packet brown gravy, prepared (approximately 350 ml cooked)

→ Topping

05 - 200 grams shredded cheddar cheese

# Instructions:

01 - Prepare 6 servings of mashed potatoes as per package instructions or using your preferred homemade method.
02 - Bake or fry popcorn chicken following the package directions until golden and thoroughly cooked.
03 - Heat drained corn in a microwave-safe dish or over stovetop until steaming hot.
04 - Combine brown gravy packet contents with water and cook as instructed until smooth and thick, stirring constantly.
05 - Divide mashed potatoes evenly among six bowls. Layer heated corn on top, followed by pieces of popcorn chicken. Spoon warm gravy over the contents, then sprinkle with shredded cheddar cheese to finish.

01 - For creamier potatoes, use whole milk and butter during preparation. Bowls can be customised with extra cheese or green onions.
