Mix butter with dry stuff and eggs in food processor until it clumps together. Give it a quick knead on floured counter till you get a smooth ball.

Pop dough in fridge for 30 minutes. While waiting, scoop small dollops of chocolate hazelnut spread onto parchment and stick in freezer for 20-30 minutes till they're hard.

Heat your oven to 350F (180C). Put parchment on your baking trays. Roll your dough out till it's 1/8 inch thick.

Cut out 3½-inch rounds, drop frozen spread in the middle, cover with another round that has small cuts. Press edges with fork tines and brush with egg mixture.

Pop in oven for 20-25 minutes till they turn golden brown. Enjoy hot or cold, maybe with a dusting of icing sugar on top.
