Effortless Longhorn Parmesan Chicken (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

01 - 1 tablespoon olive oil.
02 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder.
03 - 1/2 teaspoon paprika.
04 - 1 teaspoon salt.
05 - 1/2 teaspoon black pepper.
06 - 4 chicken breasts, boneless and skinless.
07 - 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes.
08 - 1/2 teaspoon Italian spice blend.
09 - 1/4 cup mayo.
10 - 1/2 cup ranch dressing.
11 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese.
12 - 1/2 cup optional shredded mozzarella cheese.
13 - 2 minced garlic cloves.
14 - 1/4 cup Parmesan for crust topping.
15 - 1/2 cup crispy panko crumbs.
16 - 2 tablespoons butter, melted.
17 - 1 tablespoon chopped parsley.

# Instructions:

01 - Flatten chicken to about 1/2 inch thick, then sprinkle it with paprika, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
02 - Warm oil in an oven-safe skillet and cook chicken for about 3-4 minutes per side, until browned.
03 - Move skillet to an oven set at 400°F and bake for 10-12 minutes, making sure chicken gets to 165°F inside.
04 - Stir together mayo, garlic, ranch, Parmesan, seasonings, and, if you like, mozzarella.
05 - Mix butter, Parmesan, and breadcrumbs in a small bowl.
06 - Spread the Parmesan mixture over the chicken, sprinkle with breadcrumbs, and broil for 2-3 minutes until crispy and golden.

01 - You can do steps 1-3 ahead of time.
02 - Keep an eye on the broiler so it doesn’t burn.
03 - Make sure the chicken hits 165°F inside.
