Peach Pie Crescent Cruffins (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Dough

01 - 3 cans (227 g each) refrigerated crescent dough

→ Filling

02 - 240 ml peach preserves, preferably organic
03 - 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

→ Glaze

04 - 60 g powdered sugar
05 - 45 ml heavy whipping cream

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Line a standard muffin tin with paper liners.
02 - Combine peach preserves and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl until thoroughly blended.
03 - Unroll crescent dough sheets onto a lightly floured surface and press seams to create uniform rectangles.
04 - Spread the peach-cinnamon mixture evenly over each crescent dough rectangle.
05 - Roll each dough rectangle into a tight log, then slice each log in half. Twist each piece into a spiral shape.
06 - Place each spiral into a prepared muffin cup. Bake in preheated oven for 18–20 minutes, or until golden brown.
07 - While cruffins are cooling, whisk powdered sugar and heavy whipping cream in a small bowl to form a smooth glaze. Drizzle glaze over warm cruffins before serving.
