Combine peach preserves and ground cinnamon in a mixing bowl until thoroughly blended.

Unroll crescent dough sheets onto a lightly floured surface and press seams to create uniform rectangles.

Spread the peach-cinnamon mixture evenly over each crescent dough rectangle.

Roll each dough rectangle into a tight log, then slice each log in half. Twist each piece into a spiral shape.
