Pepper Beef Rice (Print Version)

01 - 1 medium onion, chopped up
02 - 2 teaspoons black pepper
03 - 1 jalapeno, chopped small
04 - 1 red bell pepper, chopped
05 - 1 green bell pepper, chopped
06 - 1 pound ground beef
07 - 1/2 cup soy sauce (low sodium works too)
08 - 1 teaspoon salt
09 - Cooked rice (optional for serving)
10 - 2 tablespoons butter
11 - 1 tablespoon garlic powder

# Instructions:

01 - Heat butter in a large skillet. Toss in onion, jalapeno, green pepper, and red pepper. Cook them for about 5 minutes.
02 - Throw in the ground beef and stir until the meat is cooked through and the veggies soften.
03 - Pour out any extra liquid, then put it all back in the skillet.
04 - Pour in your soy sauce and toss in the seasonings. Stir everything together evenly.
05 - Enjoy served alongside rice if you'd like.
