# Ingredients:

→ Sponge Cake

01 - 4 large eggs
02 - 180 grams granulated sugar
03 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
04 - 90 grams all-purpose flour
05 - 1 teaspoon baking powder
06 - 0.25 teaspoon salt
07 - 60 millilitres whole milk
08 - 80 grams finely chopped strawberries

→ Cheesecake Filling

09 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
10 - 60 grams powdered sugar
11 - 240 millilitres heavy whipping cream
12 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Strawberry Shortcake Crumble

13 - 100 grams golden Oreos, crushed
14 - 2 tablespoons strawberry gelatin powder
15 - 30 grams melted butter

→ Topping

16 - Fresh strawberries, sliced
17 - Whipped cream
18 - Strawberry sauce for drizzling

# Instructions:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C and line a 23x33 cm baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk eggs and sugar until pale and fluffy, then incorporate vanilla extract. Sift in flour, baking powder, and salt, gently folding into the mixture. Add milk and fold in chopped strawberries. Spread batter evenly in pan and bake 10-12 minutes.
02 - Remove sponge from oven. While still warm, roll cake with parchment paper into a log. Allow to cool completely to retain shape.
03 - Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In a separate bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks. Gently fold whipped cream into cream cheese mixture to create a light filling.
04 - Unroll cooled sponge and evenly spread cheesecake filling over the surface. Carefully re-roll using parchment paper, then wrap securely in plastic. Refrigerate for a minimum of 2 hours.
05 - Combine crushed golden Oreos, strawberry gelatin powder, and melted butter. Stir until coarse and crumbly.
06 - Unwrap chilled cake and cover exterior with a thin layer of cheesecake filling. Coat with strawberry shortcake crumble, then top with whipped cream, a drizzle of strawberry sauce, and fresh sliced strawberries. Slice to serve.
