Chocolatey Cadbury Egg Treat (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Filling

01 - ½ cup golden corn syrup
02 - ¼ cup soft unsalted butter
03 - 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
04 - 3 cups confectioners' sugar
05 - 1 pinch sea salt
06 - 1 tablespoon whole milk
07 - 1 drop sunshine yellow food gel

→ Chocolate Layer

08 - 16 ounces melted milk chocolate

# Instructions:

01 - Cream butter with corn syrup until smooth. Stir in vanilla, confectioners' sugar, salt and milk. Divide batter and tint one portion yellow.
02 - Cover 9-inch pan bottom with parchment. Spread half the melted chocolate, add white mixture layer, follow with yellow mixture, finish with remaining chocolate.
03 - Cool in fridge for 30 minutes until hardened. Slice into squares using a warmed knife.
