Warm up the grill to a low temperature of 300-325°F. For charcoal grills, use coals that are nearly burned out and focus the heat on one side.

Cut the rolls cleanly in half sideways, but don't separate the top and bottom halves. Put them on foil on a baking tray.

Scatter about two-thirds of the chocolate pieces onto the bottom half of the rolls, add the marshmallows, then top with the rest of the chocolate.

Slide the foil sheet with the rolls onto the grill. Close the lid and let them cook for 4 to 10 minutes until the chocolate melts and marshmallows puff up.

Put the top half of the rolls back on. Brush some butter over the tops and sprinkle with graham crumbs and sea salt if you'd like. Enjoy them warm!
