Grilled S’mores Sliders (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - One 12-ounce package of King's Hawaiian rolls (sweet variety)
02 - 8 ounces (1 1/3 cups) of milk or dark chocolate chips
03 - Mini marshmallows, about 2 cups (3 ounces)

→ Extra Toppings

04 - A tablespoon of melted butter
05 - Crush up one whole sheet of graham crackers into crumbs
06 - A pinch of flaky sea salt

# Instructions:

01 - Warm up the grill to a low temperature of 300-325°F. For charcoal grills, use coals that are nearly burned out and focus the heat on one side.
02 - Cut the rolls cleanly in half sideways, but don't separate the top and bottom halves. Put them on foil on a baking tray.
03 - Scatter about two-thirds of the chocolate pieces onto the bottom half of the rolls, add the marshmallows, then top with the rest of the chocolate.
04 - Slide the foil sheet with the rolls onto the grill. Close the lid and let them cook for 4 to 10 minutes until the chocolate melts and marshmallows puff up.
05 - Put the top half of the rolls back on. Brush some butter over the tops and sprinkle with graham crumbs and sea salt if you'd like. Enjoy them warm!

# Notes:

01 - It's best when eaten within an hour of making.
02 - Use chopped chocolate bars instead of chips if you want.
03 - Keep checking to avoid burning while grilling.
