08 - ½ cup (100g) white sugar
09 - ½ cup (100g) packed brown sugar
10 - 2 large eggs at room temp

12 - 2 teaspoons pure vanilla
13 - 2 cups (256g) plain flour
14 - 1 teaspoon baking soda

01 - Heat your oven to 350°F. Give two 9x5-inch loaf pans a good spray with cooking oil.
02 - Mix the cream cheese and sugar till smooth and fluffy. Drop in the egg and vanilla, then blend well. Stir in flour until it's all mixed up. Put it aside for now.
03 - Squish bananas in a big bowl. Throw in your melted butter and sugars, then stir everything together. Add eggs, vanilla, and sour cream and mix well.
04 - Stir flour, baking soda, and baking powder together. Add this to your wet stuff and mix just enough to combine.
05 - Dump 2 cups of batter into each pan. Add cream cheese mix on top, making it even. Cover with what's left of the batter.
06 - Pop in the oven for 50-55 minutes until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out with just a few crumbs. Let cool all the way before you dig in.
