Pizza Bagel Bites (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Main Ingredients

01 - 4 bagels, cut in two
02 - ½ cup marinara or pizza sauce you like
03 - 8 oz mozzarella cheese, grated

→ Toppings

04 - 12 pepperoni slices, diced into tiny squares
05 - 2 oz cooked pancetta
06 - Oregano (dried) for flavor
07 - Black pepper, freshly ground for taste

# Instructions:

01 - Heat your oven to 400℉. Move the rack to the upper third area. Put parchment on a baking tray. Leave it ready.
02 - Cut your bagels in half. Put roughly 1 tbsp sauce on each bagel's cut surface. Add about 1 ounce cheese over the sauce. Top with pancetta and pepperoni pieces. Sprinkle some oregano and pepper. If you want, add extra cheese on top. Place them on your lined tray. Do the same for all bagels.
03 - Put in hot oven for 10-15 mins until the cheese gets bubbly and melty.

# Notes:

01 - For freezing, lay made bagels on parchment-covered tray and freeze 1-2 hours till hard
02 - Keep them in a sealed freezer bag up to one month
03 - When cooking from frozen, bake at 350°F till cheese bubbles
