Ultimate Queso Dip (Print Version)

# Ingredients:

→ Meat Base

01 - 1 pound ground sausage
02 - 1 pound ground beef
03 - 1 teaspoon seasoned salt
04 - 1 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 1 teaspoon pepper
07 - 1 teaspoon salt

→ Cheese & Soups

08 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
09 - 1 can (10.5 oz) tomato soup
10 - 8 ounces cream cheese
11 - 32 ounces Velveeta cheese
12 - 1 can (10.5 oz) cheddar cheese soup

→ Add-ins & Garnish

13 - Jalapeño peppers for garnish
14 - Fresh parsley for garnish
15 - 1 can (16 oz) chili beans, drained
16 - 1 can (14.5 oz) diced tomatoes, drained
17 - Tomatoes for garnish
18 - Tortilla chips for serving

# Instructions:

01 - In a large skillet, cook the sausage and beef over medium heat until they're fully browned. Get rid of the extra fat.
02 - Mix in pepper, salt, onion powder, garlic powder, and the seasoned salt with the meat.
03 - Turn the heat down to medium-low, then toss in the Velveeta, cream cheese, and all three soups.
04 - Mix in the drained chili beans and diced tomatoes.
05 - Let it simmer for around 15-20 minutes, stirring here and there until the cheese blends completely. Dish it up warm with chips and garnishes.

01 - Warm servings keep a great consistency.
02 - Make sure to drain the meat well so it’s not greasy.
03 - Give it a stir every now and then to stop it from sticking.
